Our Care Connect Hospital Program is designed to provide comfort and connection to individuals during their hospital stay.

As part of this initiative, we offer the lending of iPads to patients, allowing them to stay connected with their loved ones, access entertainment options, and engage in educational activities.

Use this link to register your interest in receiving an iPad. Our friendly staff will receive the request and contact you regarding delivery. We do our best to deliver within 24 hours.

By Once you have registered for your iPad, we ask you to complete the intake form which allows us to monitor the success of our program with the Be Connected Programme.

Find free online courses and resources on everything from how to use your smartphone or tablet to cyber safety tips.
