We like to be transparent and open with our pricing. For our help desk support, we offer 2 basic options. Remote and Onsite. For project based work including Websites and marketing, please contact us, or view our Support Packages below.

Membership Support Package Options
- All of our support packages can be used for any combination of our Marketing, Training or I.T. Support Services.
- Mix and match what you need and from month to month that might change. For example, one month you might need your computer fixed and 2 social media posts. The following month you might want some training on using social media and marketing strategies. Or, you might need a new computer and have it set up, or some updates to a website.
- You can even use it for Website creation! If you’re not in a position to pay up front for a Website, you’re welcome to use your support package to pay it off over a period of time and we’ll do as much as we can each month until it’s ready to go.

The fine print:
- Use it or lose it means that you need to use the 2 hours per month. Any unused hours not accumulated to following month.
- On agreement to the Silver Support package you agree to pay $220.00 for a 3 month minimum. Invoices will be sent monthly after agreed date for the period.
- On agreement to the Gold support package you agree to pay $440.00 for a 3 month minimum. Invoices will be sent monthly after agreed date for the period.
- 28 days notice is needed to cancel all support agreements.
- Accumulated hours for Gold and Platinum packages will accumulate all unused hours. Monthly reporting will be provided at the end of the month with the details of used / unused hours.
